Shipping and returns

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The return costs are at the customer's expense. For shipping and handling of returns, a contribution of 6€ is required for all countries in Europe. This amount will be deducted from the amount of the return to be refunded.
We thank you to return the products in the state in which you received them with all the elements delivered. Refunds are made after verification of the returned items and can only be made if the products have not been used and can be sold again. 
We do not exchange items: all returns are made only against reimbursement.

How to proceed with the return ?

1° Contact our customer service at the following e-mail address: info@bohomi.be. We will provide you, by mail, the return label to put on your package. The use of our return label is mandatory. The lack of visibility on spontaneous shipments does not allow us to track or guarantee the receipt of these packages. If the package is lost by the carrier, we will not be able to refund the returned items. 

2° Print the return label and affix it to your package. Please do not affix the return label directly to the original packaging of the item and use a suitable box for shipping.

When we receive your parcel and all items have been checked, the refund will be made to your bank account.
